Apakah ada dasar dan tuntunannya? Perasaan marah atau sakit hati wajar terjadi, namun dalam Islam kita perlu menjaga kesehatan jiwa agar hidup lebih tentram. Nah, bagaimana caranya menjaga kesehatan jiwa jika merujuk dalam ajaran agama Islam? Berikut akan dijelaskan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Istiqomah<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah harus senantiasa istiqomah. Istiqomah disini diartikan dengan melakukan sesuatu secara terus menerus atau konsisten. Sebagai umat Islam, tentunya kita dapat melakukan dengan cara beribadah dan melakukan ibadah dengan tulus ikhlas dan konsisten. Hal ini seperti firman Allah SWT berikut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artinya : <em>\u201cSesungguhnya orang orang yang mengatakan : Rabb kami ialah Allah, kemudian mereka istiqomah pada pendirian mereka, maka malaikat akan turun kepada mereka dengan mengatakan : Janganlah kamu merasa takut dan janganlah kamu merasa sedih, dan bergembiralah kamu dengan memperoleh surga yang telah dijanjikan Allah kepadamu:. (QS Fushilat : 30).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Memperbanyak Amal Kebaikan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk memelihara kesehatan jiwa, hal yang senantiasa dilakukan adalah dengan memperbanyak amal kebaikan. Mulai dari berbuat baik dengan orang terdekat, maupun orang lain. Hal ini seperti yang tertera dalam hadis riwayat Bukhari sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artinya : <em>\u201cBerbuat sesuatu yang tepat dan benarlah kalian dan amal yang paling dicintai Allah adalah amalan yang terus menerus meskipun sedikit\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Baca Juga :<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/lspt.or.id\/kajian\/hubbul-wathon-minal-iman-cinta-tanah-air-yang-dianjurkan-dalam-islam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hubbul Wathon Minal Iman, Cinta Tanah Air yang dianjurkan dalam Islam<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> <strong>Mengalahkan Hawa Nafsu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam memelihara kesehatan jiwa, seseorang perlu memerangi atau mengalahkan hawa nafsunya terhadap dunia. Sebagaimana yang diungkap dalam hadis riwayat Thabrani, bahwa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artinya :<em> \u201cSetiap amal itu pasti ada masa semangatnya. Dan setiap masa semangat itu pasti ada masa futur nya. barang siapa dalam kemalasannya masih dalam sunnah Nabi maka dia berada dalam petunjuk.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> <strong>Senantiasa Mengingat Allah SWT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketika perasaan senang maupun susah, jangan pernah melupakan sang khalik Allah <em>\u2018azza wa jalla. <\/em>Hal ini tertuang dalam hadis riwayat Hakim Syaikh Al-Albani yang mengatakan bahwa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Artinya : \u201cKenalilah Allah di waktu lapang, niscaya Allah akan mengenalimu ketika susah.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> <strong>Ingat Kehidupan Akhirat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dunia ini hanya sementara, maka ingatlah selalu tentang akhirat, dengan membekali amal kebaikan dan juga ibadah. Sebagaimana yang diungkap lewat Q.S An-Nahl ayat 97 berikut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artinya : <em>\u201cBarangsiapa mengerjakan amal saleh dalam keadaan beriman, maka Kami akan berikan kepadanya kehidupan yang baik dan pahala jauh lebih baik dari apa yang mereke kerjakan.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Wallahu a\u2019lam bissawab \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bagaimana cara menjaga kesehatan jiwa dalam Islam?
